Taipei bakery association was established in 1946. It was first founded in as the dessert association in the Japanese occupation era.After the establishment, Taipei bakery association is committed to Taiwan baking technology developing, international competitor training.

Taipei bakery association is introducing the Taiwan baking industry to the world by joint international baker’s organization, like UIBC organization. Taipei bakery association is also the organizer of the Taipei International Bakery Show.
